This is not the forum I was looking for, I wanted to report an uncomfortable working environment I like my job and most coworkers are pleasant but I am either ignored or spoken down to. ,while I maintain a respectful and polite demeanor I also fear retaliation

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I PERSONALLY Enjoy preparing food , cleaning and interacting with customers
What makes you most happy at work?
The neutral answer to the last question is because I dont know Preparing product PROPERLY and keeping busy
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was NO Interview!!!!! I said I have cooked for 30 years I was hired given a uniform and filled out paperwork
