They are always at the store pickkng up slack

Why don’t you ask the employees what benefits would suit them instead of just assumin
I make less than the starting wahe at Walmart. Im the second longest employee at my location (first being SM). Im one of two who has stuck. One of the main reasons we have such a turnover is because they simply won't pay more. Its simply not competitive with other jobs.

Customers are generally the most positive part of my day, even the ones who cuss me out for not piercing their 2 hour old infants because anything is better than dealing with a RM who's not stepped foot in a store in 10 freaking years barking orders at me
We are like wonderland for kids aged 2-16. Seeing their excitement makes me happy. Imagine being surrounded by that. You could be having the worst day personally and then one kid comes in being goofy and you just have to smile. Then theres the adult customers that ive talked to who seek me out..,
