It feels like we're a little family
Ive not met with anyone other than the SM and ASM. Except when my boss is having a panic attack and starts micromanaging i like my bosses. We have a friendly relationship. Theyre good people.
They are always at the store pickkng up slack

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actively listening to employees, taking feedback on board since we are on the ground and know what’s happening, visit store un announced so you can see the reality not what managers what you to see. Actually pretend to care about your employees would be nicer that actually not caring and showing
