Helping people find exactly what they're looking for. Successfully completing a piercing and making the customers feel welcomed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Never enough hours towards our store, even though we are a smaller location, having at least two more people would make the overall work experience much easier and organized. Lack of hours lead to two part-time employees not being able to be scheduled at all. Zero hours for two weeks straight.
