We don't have a lot of staff, so a lot of times people have to work alone.

The other people on my team are nice and you can talk to them comfortably. They are also helpful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise would make me feel better. The people above me are required to use their cell phones but don't get reimbursed for it and I think it's unfair.
