everybody is understanding except the district manager, sheds super rude!

my coworkers are the best, only the ones that work at this store

I loved the person that interviewed me, they were very nice and made me feel comfortable .
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
i wish i got paid more, 11 dollars an hour to be a key holder is not fair
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
because they rather hire a bunch of people to give everybody about 9 hours a week to not give anybody benefits.
