It feels like we're a little family
Ive not met with anyone other than the SM and ASM. Except when my boss is having a panic attack and starts micromanaging i like my bosses. We have a friendly relationship. Theyre good people.
They are always at the store pickkng up slack
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health care, pto, career improvement and great discounts
I am part time and get a large employee discount compared to most companies
Paid time off was a nice one to have if you were full time.

What are some of the best things about your team?
my team was amazing and i did my best when i got there to help boost morale but everyone wanted to quit and was burned out and defeated
Nice people, enjoy working with them
Reliability. If theyre on ghe schedule, unless something major happens, they will be there.
Almost nothing because they are selfish

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Customers are generally the most positive part of my day, even the ones who cuss me out for not piercing their 2 hour old infants because anything is better than dealing with a RM who's not stepped foot in a store in 10 freaking years barking orders at me
We are like wonderland for kids aged 2-16. Seeing their excitement makes me happy. Imagine being surrounded by that. You could be having the worst day personally and then one kid comes in being goofy and you just have to smile. Then theres the adult customers that ive talked to who seek me out..,
We maintain the positive atmosphere in the store
I cannot think of anything I am a past employee I left.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Online so could access easy
The questions are easy understandable ones
My boss had also worked at After thoughts decares ago so she knew i knew my stuff. So the conversation was more like chatting with another retail worker
The manager was easy to talk to
Nothing difficult they have high turnover

Costumers are typically pretty enjoyable and kind, and fun to work with.
My customers. I have customers who seek me out just to have a chat.
Seeing the customers happy with their purchases
