Emily Markmann — Senior Vice President of Talent & Culture at CLARABRIDGE, INC.

Ms. Emily Markmann serves as Senior Vice President of Talent & Culture at Clarabridge, Inc. Ms. Markmann drives innovative strategies, creative programs and initiatives for the hiring and professional development of world-class talent at Clarabridge. She serves as a key member of the Clarabridge Leadership Team and leads a team of HR professionals delivering leading talent acquisition strategies, talent mobility and engagement, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management and day-to-day employee/management support. Emily drives award-winning top employer branding efforts through both internal and external creative marketing initiatives. She has been Vice President of Human Resources at Vangent, Inc. since April 2011. She served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Clarabridge, Inc. She served as Vice President of Human Resources at Clarabridge, Inc. since March 2013. She provided strategic HR leadership and oversight of Vangent's Health Solutions division, which provides services for Military Health programs, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention. She continues to be a key member of the Health Solutions and HR Leadership teams and oversees a team of HR professionals across the country who provide operational support to the programs under the Health Solutions division. She served as HR Directors and Business Partners in Health Solutions division of Vangent. She has 15 years of HR and business operations experience. Ms. Markmann led the HR component and was integral to the successful acquisition of Buccaneer Computer Systems and Service, Inc.
