She has been Vice President of Human Resources at Vangent, Inc. since April 2011. She served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Clarabridge, Inc. She served as Vice President of Human Resources at Clarabridge, Inc. since March 2013. She provided strategic HR leadership and oversight of Vangent's Health Solutions division, which provides services for Military Health programs, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention. She continues to be a key member of the Health Solutions and HR Leadership teams and oversees a team of HR professionals across the country who provide operational support to the programs under the Health Solutions division. She served as HR Directors and Business Partners in Health Solutions division of Vangent. She has 15 years of HR and business operations experience.
