The bonus and additional perks -- the maternity plan is great along with equity incentives
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management and executive leadership is clueless and are just plain liars. Don?
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am never the smartest person in the room; I never stop learning from them
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Front line management is terrible
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone genuinely enjoys working together. We have the same goals and passion but don't take ourselves too seriously.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Central team area VP needs to go

I was able to meet with Peers and Managers alike

They are incompetent and no real process

Knowing i am creating change
