Better now that they've cleaned house.

Deeply dysfunctional. Very little cohesion or trust. Mostly made up of very talented people but years of mismanagement have eroded the enthusiasm and commitment of many, while feeding the egos of the less competent. Recent changes in the organization are encouraging, but the damage may have already been done with the current personnel.
