At Verint Systems, she served as Vice President of Professional Services for Verint's VOCA solutions, where she led the services team to record growth at 90% year-over-year and expanded the organization's offerings and go-to-market position to include the full value chain of business and technical CEM consulting. At Trusted Computer Solutions (TCS), which was acquired by Raytheon, she served as the Vice President of Professional Services, where she managed more than 50 engineers and grew net margins by 300% and revenue by 30% in two years. Prior to TCS, Ms. Wong served as the Director of Professional Services at Primavera Systems, which was acquired by Oracle, where she established and grew a thriving consulting practice focused on Primavera s IT governance and portfolio management solution, known as ProSight. She started the ProSight consulting practice and grew it to a team of more than 25 consultants with annual revenues of over $10 million. She started her career in the management consulting industry at Deloitte Consulting and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where she worked with Fortune 500 companies in the Financial Services industry and the Federal government, providing strategy and business process services.
