Mgmt does what they want, when they want. There are no written policies, no handbook, no guidelines. Supervision is laughable. Production is expected from machines that are 40 yrs old.

Value their employees, be helpful, stop threatening and intimidating

Everything. They use intimidation and threats for everything. None are helpful.

Teamwork is a joke. Most stay on their phones, walk off the job, technical support ignores employees to sit in their office

An entire new set of mgmt is determined to make a name for themselves leading to negative impacts on employees and their families
