Taking the time to understand how some of the equipment operates. Understanding that production is almost impossible to reach when your equipment has not been maintained properly

Everything. They use intimidation and threats for everything. None are helpful.

Being told great job, not getting yelled at for others mistakes. Some leaders will cuss you out. Some know your knowledge and what you bring to the table but refuse to promote you

Team Reviews

Everyone needs to pitch in and quit trying to get out of work, just because the boss likes some more than others

Communication, teamwork, privacy and better uplighting each other overnight

Less meetings, more structure, clear accountability, faster decision making

Teamwork is a joke. Most stay on their phones, walk off the job, technical support ignores employees to sit in their office

A focused management team would be a start. The pay and treatment of everyone should be equal.

Considering their employees before making changes that will affect their daily lives. They should at least try to make their employees feel appreciated

New leaders and the seniority

Value their employees, be helpful, stop threatening and intimidating

Eliminate the corrupt "old boys networks" in the regions

Upper management should be more compassionate towards people. Offer incentives for being a strong asset to the company.

An entire new set of mgmt is determined to make a name for themselves leading to negative impacts on employees and their families
