Open-minded, teamwork, innovative, and considerate for employee satisfaction.
Great floor level supervisor, anyone beyond that level has no idea how floor level positions even operate. More interested in a college degree than actual experience
There's no good leadership a few good ones aren't even crew leads or supervisors
transparency has been an issue in the past, we're really seeing positive change in leadership to be open and honest

The pay is average or a little bit above in the industry.

Great people overall and caring
Although we are mostly all remote, we collaborate effectively and meet our goals
I'm in truckloading so it's more of a competition but let's get the orders out safely
