Meeting different people; dedication to making sure there is a fit with the culture
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Nice people, but immature in their roles. Ask for input but never take it. Board doesn't seem to understand the business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay; keeping promises with regard to staffing, equity. Acknowledgement of the work even when it's not directly tied to revenue.
