What do you like best about the leadership team?
Every executive practices and embraces an open-door policy.
Transparent and accessible. Genuine people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Nice people, but immature in their roles. Ask for input but never take it. Board doesn't seem to understand the business.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company offers a great benefits package including multiple medical options, matching 401K, LOTS of paid time off, including vacation (4 weeks until 2 years and then 5 weeks and at 4 years 6 weeks), 1 week of wellness time, 16 hours of Volunteer Time Off, 9 company holidays and 2 floating holiday
Good $0 deductible health plan. Generous PTO package.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay; keeping promises with regard to staffing, equity. Acknowledgement of the work even when it's not directly tied to revenue.

Dedication, can do attitude, desire to create great products
