Bonus structure is good. Publicly laying out the bonus criteria and honoring the same with the appropriate payout is the best. Bonus is based on company performance and is not discretionary (as falsely promised in many companies). Great commitment from the company.

it is a 10% plus of the salary also the 401k is great and the insurance plans are also convenieance

I would like to leadership will take in consideration to provide an increase in salary to all the employees that have been at CES more than 4 years as a recognition to our commitment to CES. Carrier growth and compensation increases are important incentives to have to keep us happy at CES.
Our company is a family with many brothers, sisters and cousins. Sometimes it is easy to have a conversation about tough topics as relationships make it easier to have that brutal conversation. Sometimes it is difficult as relationship takes over than the topic itself. Team spirit and comraderie...

Every company has politics. In this small startup like company, at the ground level, it is less. Access to leaders is abundantly available. Sharing of ideas or questioning status quo is greatly encouraged. Less talk & more action is encouraged.

Discussing productive ideas, thinking out of the box, and getting the permission/bandwidth to implement those ideas too. Anything that will help the company can be done without any hurdles from the leadership. Most importantly, the CES team loves and supports each other. No crab mentality.
