I like to be a part of CES, company looks to provide opportunities for personal/professional growth and also the wellbeing of the employees. Company also provide regular updates on plans and projections to maintain employees inform of the goals to achieve.

I have had the privilege of working on numerous projects with varying levels of complexity, which has allowed me to learn from diverse areas and develop my skillset. Being involved in these distinct projects has not only enriched my professional experience but also introduced me to highly competent.

The challenge is there, the people are great, and our customers are happy!

Very respectful environment to work with. The executive team is very accesible and willing to help in the challenges the employees might be facing. Although there is and org chart structure, the way the different levels interact between them makes the organization very flat.

I believe the company needs to set ranges for compensations for our different titles. I am unsure if my compensation is low, middle or high based on my geographic area, skills, accomplishments, etc. This range will provide a clear goal to the team member.

Salaries in the industry are higher than mine for the same role / People within the company with less responsibilities with higher salaries than me
