the managers care and things are better when they come on the floor

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. They don't have a clue about running a company.
For them to see other people aside from only a few they favored.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
it is a good package
100% copay for all doctor and hospital visits is paid by the company. after my copay I have no out of pocket for all those annoying hospital visits with the kiddos
100% payment of copays at hospitals and dr. offices 401K match is great
