The leadership team was not doing a good job and it negatively affected our work and our productivity. They had a lot to learn with regards to managing people and learning to recognize and appreciate hard work and team effort. I wished they could see other people aside from only a few they favored.

It wasn't pleasant experience because of the tight competition among employees. I didn't get the chance to be close to any of my colleagues because they were too focused on getting ahead of each other. It wasn't a healthy work environment and I didn't want to be a part of that.

Everything. They don't have a clue about running a company.
