No complaints. So far everything has been positive.

I've been very successful here and have seen so many people start and establish a genuine career path here. I'm amazed by the CEO's ability to explain his thought process -- how he evaluates risk and opportunity.

There are a lot of growing pains right now. While exciting, it makes it painful at times. Unfortunately, it is the individual contributors who feel this most. There are exciting times ahead, but it is a journey.

They give you the freedom to get your work done without micro management. You get feedback when needed, but most of the time you're free to work when and how you please as long as the work gets done.

They are nimble and transparent with everyone, and try their very best to maximize the full potential of their employees.

Mid Level management is always on point. There isn't a lot of micro management but your manager always has a good sense of what you are working on and steps in at appropriate times to give support when needed. Management has individual contributor's best interests in mind and advocates.

Transparent, communicative and committed to being ethical.

It is fair, and is reviewed regularly. They recognize top talent.

Unlimited PTO allows me the freedom of taking time off when I need to.

Pay is great. Equity is not. Benefits could be better.

The collaboration that occurs between peers.
