Underpaid compared to industry standard. They make it very hard to move up. When you are recommended for promotion, it takes ~2 months to actually start earning at that next level.
Everybody is new and learning on the job because Clever cannot retain staff.
The culture of overworking needs to end. The campiness and 'culture tenets' are a sorry excuse for culture at an industry leader.
The interview process is far to long - almost 4 weeks after your initial interview.
