Hire middle management that is competent.
Consistency in plan; hiring middle managers who can do their job.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More money would make me feel better about comp.
Underpaid compared to industry standard. They make it very hard to move up. When you are recommended for promotion, it takes ~2 months to actually start earning at that next level.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everybody is new and learning on the job because Clever cannot retain staff.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The culture of overworking needs to end. The campiness and 'culture tenets' are a sorry excuse for culture at an industry leader.
