I wish I had never accepted the offer. High turnover, lots of burnout, CEO has made public comments indicating a wish to have greater proportion of contractors in lieu of full time employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Underpaid compared to industry standard. They make it very hard to move up. When you are recommended for promotion, it takes ~2 months to actually start earning at that next level.
