Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation not reflective of market value, despite the company saying it is, and the stock option agreement and terms is weighted towards the company keeping the majority of the option pool.
It’s a fair market wage but the amount of compensation doesn’t add up to the amount of work. I would expect this at most companies but Clio’s so people oriented and does so much for their employees and community already that I wish they would also consider a higher than averag
