- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation not reflective of market value, despite the company saying it is, and the stock option agreement and terms is weighted towards the company keeping the majority of the option pool.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?It’s a fair market wage but the amount of compensation doesn’t add up to the amount of work. I would expect this at most companies but Clio’s so people oriented and does so much for their employees and community already that I wish they would also consider a higher than averag
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Thinking strategically and not just about the next 2-3 quarters. A lot of decisions are made reactively by the executive team.
