View ArticleComeet Integration allows you to send candidates directly from CloserIQ to your Comeet account.
1. To set up the integration, first find the unique email address for the job you want to connect. The unique email can be found on the job -> public email link.
2. Now on the CloserIQ platform, go to the job you want to connect -> Workflow & Permissions tab ->Applicant Tracking System Integration section. Select "Comeet" as the ATS and paste in the unique email from above.
3. On each candidate's application, you can now click "Send to Comeet" to send the candidate resume and note from the Talent Advisor directly to your comeet.
If you prefer to have candidates automatically send on submission, ask your Client Advisor to enable that option.
4. Our integration will send the candidate's resume and our talent advisor's notes to your Comeet. You can view the notes in the first email on the candidate.

3) On the Integrations page, click the Connect button to continue.
4) Click authorize to grant CloserIQ API permission to your Greenhouse.If you're not logged in on your Greenhouse account, you'll also be asked to do that in this step.
5) The integration is now set up.
We recommend mapping your CloserIQ job posts to Greenhouse postingsso the candidates will be sent to the correct job. The roles are populatedin from Greenhouse; please map them to your CloserIQ roles.
For each job post listed, select the corresponding Greenhouse posting from the dropdown.

CloserIQ will send you a login URL. Once you log into your account, youll see a screen like this:

To review a candidate, just click on their name in blue to be taken to their CloserIQ profile:
From here, the key components to pay attention to are:
The TA note:
A quick note from the candidates Talent Advisor highlighting why we think the candidate would be a good fit for the role.
Work experience:
A breakdown of the candidates resume focused only on key metrics (rankings, quotas and awards). We try to take out all miscellaneous information.
The Current Stage section on the upper-right will tell you where the candidate falls in your interview process (Review, Interested, Interview Scheduled, Offer, or Not Hired).
Reaching out to candidates:
Once you review a candidate and would like to move forward, just click on the blue Interested button under Next Steps.
Youll see that an email draft will pop up on your screen:
Weve created email templates for phone and in-person interviews. You can tailor these messages as needed.
When you press Send, the message will be sent to the candidates inbox. When they respond, it will go directly to your inbox, so that youdon'thave to keep signing into CloserIQ to check candidate messages.
Passing on candidates:
If you would like to pass on a candidate, just click the Pass button.
The candidate will not be notified that you are passing on them, but you will be asked to give us feedback on why you are passing on them. This helps us understand how to improve candidate quality and adjust criteria for the role:
If youre passing on a candidate before speaking with them, clicking the Pass button is the only step you need to take.
If youre passing on a candidate after speaking with them, you should reach out directly to let them know. A quick personalized message can be very beneficial for your brand and the candidate experience.
Team communication:
For quick and easy communication between your team and CloserIQ, use the Team Comments tab to send confidential messages to inboxes. You can use the @ sign to mention a person and the message will go straight to their inbox.
To see all messages sent to candidates from your team, just click on the Candidate Messages tab to see a full history:

Update applicant stage (this will be automatically synced to CloserIQ)

View candidate's CloserIQ profile with audio and sales metrics
Leave a feedback or question for your CloserIQ client advisor

From the Details tab in Greenhouse, you'll see CloserIQ candidates (Source will show Imported from CloserIQ). You can view their profile by clicking on the Portfolio Link.
Clicking on the Portfolio Link will take you directly to the candidate's CloserIQ profile.
Click on the Update in Greenhousebutton to navigate back to their correspondingGreenhouse profile.
For each candidate we send the following (when available):
Basic Info: Name, cell phone, email, resume and candidate highlights from their Talent Advisor (under Activity Feed).

1. In your Greenhouse sandbox:
click on the job you'd like to track
click "sourcing"
click "third party board"
click "new ad campaign"
2. Click "Choose Job Boards:
3. Click "Add Job Board" under "Using Other Job Boards"
4. Add a name to the campaign (e.g. Women in Sales Event)
5. Choose the newly created job board, then click "name your campaign"
6. Name the campaign (e.g. WIS Event Sponsorship), then click "Get Tracking Links"
7. Use your newly created tracking link to properly attribute traffic to your third party source.

Once the offer is accepted, you can click on the blue "Offer Accepted" button to officially report the hire.

View ArticleTo setup resume passing from CloserIQ to your Jazzaccount, you'll need to find your job specific email address in Jazz.
1)Click Jobs option on the navigation.
From the jobs page, select the job that you want tolink to CloserIQ.
2) On edit job page, click on Edit Job dropdown -> Import Candidates in the top right corner.
3) Copy your unique Jazzjob emailaddress from the popup and paste it into CloserIQ.
Manage Jobs > Select Job ->WorkflowTab > Applicant Tracking System Integration
On the config section, select Jazz as the ATS andenter theunique email address copied from Jazz.

1. To set up the integration, go to edit position in Breezy and add the following under Hiring Team -> External Recruiters

2.After you add CloserIQ as an external recruiters, our team will receive a confirmation email with an uniqueresume drop address. We will add it to your jobpost and you'll be able tostart sending candidates to Breezy.

1) If you would like to reach out to a candidate in the Review Stage, click on the blue Interested button:
2) When you click the Interestedbutton, a messaging box will pop-up. This will be your first point of contact with a candidate.
You will be given the option of canned responses to schedule a phone or in-person interview, or create a custom response for next steps (i.e. Skype interview):
3) Click on the Send Message button on the bottom left and your candidate will receive this message via email.
Their response will come through to your inbox as a normal email. This way you don't need to login to CloserIQ every time you're sending a candidate a message.
View ArticleIf a candidate is being considered for a different role within the same company, its important to update the role theyve been applied to so it tracks the progression properly. Below is a step-by-step breakdown on how to change the rolethey'reinterviewing for.
Step 1: Click on the box located to the right of Considering For:
Step 2: A drop-down will appear, select the role the candidate is now being considered for.
Step 3: Onceyou'veselected the new role, a green arrow will appear to the right of the Considering For: box.
At this point, youre complete and the candidate will now appear under the newly selected role.
View ArticleEmployers with Lever Professional tier or higher can integratewithCloserIQ and receive new candidates directly in Lever.
1. Go to Lever's integration settings page (Settings -> Integrations), and click the toggle for CloserIQ.
2. Generate an API key for CloserIQ. You will see exactly what permissions this integration will authorize.
3.Copy the newly generated API key, and click "Done." The integration toggle should turn green to indicate that the integration is fully enabled.
4. In your CloserIQ account navigate to the Integrations page. If you don't see the integrations option on the navigation bar, ask your CloserIQ Client Advisor to enable it on your account.
Paste your API key and click "Connect" to complete the connection.
