Better quality and customer service

Customer Service, I signed the contract and scheduled the installation date with the designer. CW sent me a text verifying the install date and I responded Yes.

The agent they sent was very insulting, telling me she didn't have time to waste on my issue. She could have been helpful but was not.

The company is a fast paced environment with a very honest senior management that clearly outlines a path to improvement for you.

They were great to work with very clean and thorough from design to install.

  • Never! The opposite actually happens... parameters for bonuses and commissions constantly go up... decreasing pay. Prices keep going up making it harder to sell. Also they give out less and less new appointments. They churn and burn salespeople.
