What do you like best about the leadership team?
They were competent and new how to train and guide me to success.
Great leadership team who constantly support you to come up with new ideas. Actually listen to what you have to offer for a change.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Getting back to employees,and fixing mistakes on their part .take responsibility for their mistakes and communication in general
Leadership team has to be aware that being in the field is tough. No show appointments, poorly set appointments. Long drives. Unclear pay structure
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Full medical insurance offered as part of my compensation and option 401(k) with company matching.
Good bonuses when I performed well.
Good bonuses if you perform well and consistently support creative employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If they paid what they said they would pay
What are some of the best things about your team?
They were experts at what they did and they knew how to help me improve in my own job.
They are all kind people who have experience with the company for a long time.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Don't work with co workers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You're giving someone a closet they love and raises the value of the home. Simultaniously making money for yourself and everyone involved.
The companies managers are very open to discussing and talking. No ego from anybody. They may not agree with you but will still listen and sometimes change their mind.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
You work on your own so I don't have a answer for this question
They favor new people and don't value the senior staff. frankly I think they only want low-paid unsuspecting newbies
What did you like most about the interview process?
Dont have an opinion they asked lots of question and was more open format where the interviewee really wanted to get to know me as a person and my goals.
As a novice interviewee I felt good about everything

What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing a customer happy with their new space.
Being able to impact change and see the result of this change.
An easy day of designing, paired with successful installations with glowing reviews, and getting back out there the next day to add more to the list
Enjoy an environment well I fear my mind and creativity is appreciated my senior staff and they back up their talk with monetary compensation.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They have poor customer service if there's any issues with product. They are rude and need better customer servise
