When the company does well we all see bonus money. That's a huge motivator!

We have tons of hilarious laughter. We've never taken ourselves too seriously. That's always been a hallmark of our culture.

I love our whole company meetings where we are able to be a team and laugh and cheer our common successes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again, the laughter, the light-heartedness, and the parties we have that really allow us to blow off steam in a constructive way.
What did you like most about the interview process?
We just sat down like equals and discussed general expectations. I think when they saw that I was a normal person just like them, they figured I would be a cool addition to the team. And I am!
