The work force needs a Management team that knows how to work with the work force and not against them. Management needs to know what they are doing.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management needs to let the work force do their job. Management needs to support what is needed to run the work force. The work force is being told how to do their jobs by people that do not know what their jobs are.
