Interviewing at CloudBolt is very similar to many places. We're small and it is informal. You have to develop a rapport with the hiring manager as a priority.

It's always a little difficult to explain some of the weak areas you might have in terms or programming.

Business casual is fine, no need for a tie and jacket.

Most of the questions are the traditional background questions and what experiences you have had on software development teams, especially in an agile delivery model.
