We are all friendly and energetic
We are a team and working together to build relationships an deliver results.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Communicating more effectively especially as it relates to interacting across departments. Few departments, if any, work well together.
Too many decisions by committee results in repeated conversation and lack of execution and changing of directions.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was met for a causal lunch after a fairly in depth set of questions and interview.
