What do you like best about the leadership team?
All executives are very approachable. This is not a hierarchal corporate culture but one in which every leader has an open door policy.
Very open to ideas, team players and not at all hierarchical.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The wide variety of benefits and the fact the 401(k) match is 100 vested after your first 60 days. Also how many company's offer pet insurance?!
Very fair and broad benefits package.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is comprised of smart, creative, experienced members who are willing to work together across departments to dig in to either solve a problem, create efficiency improvements, etc.
Team members are very intelligent, collaborative and always willing to help.

The people who I work with every single day.
Leadership takes the time to listen to employees and put forth ideas to help make this a great place to work!
