There are snacks, drinks, cold brew and games in the office. If you have a well-behaved dog, it's allowed in the office. We get a great commute/gym benefit of $150 per month. Lunch is provided once per week, and we often times will have extra food from meetings. HR commonly sets up happy hours/events for the company to socialize.

Expect to work 60+ hours per week at the minimum.

Successful reps are highly product intelligent. They rarely need or use an SA/SE to close deals. They also know how to network with partners (both channel and integration) as it is a better lead source than cold calling in this industry.
How's the leadership on the Sales team at CloudHealth Technologies?
Sales leadership is extremely helpful in closing deals and getting reps the resources/features they need in the product. At the same time, they often micromanage, obsess about monthly numbers (even if ahead on the yearly number), and rarely give out praise.
