There is an incredible lack of understanding, or care, regarding who is getting credit for work. It is the most politically twisted work environment i have ever been in and I have 25 years experience. There is a huge lack of ability from inexperienced management. The CMO isn't aware of much.
Setting goals and fostering a collaborative atmosphere. Standing up for team members and giving credit where credit is due.
