What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The technical team is inspiring and competent, the only passion seems to come from our tech team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Marketing and Campaigns need to show up at meetings and stop protecting their own interest. Make a collaborative atmosphere where ideas and initiative is a "safe place." Cloudreach is currently a sick marketing environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?When three people in a department quit and someone is proving they can do all of those jobs for over five months, it's time to reward those efforts. Working on weekend, working after hours, etc. should be recognized at the very least.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?There is an incredible lack of understanding, or care, regarding who is getting credit for work. It is the most politically twisted work environment i have ever been in and I have 25 years experience. There is a huge lack of ability from inexperienced management. The CMO isn't aware of much.
