The product team is collaborative and empathetic. Everyone needs to work together to be successful, so the team is open to opportunities to teach and learn together.

Regular and consistent raises with transparent communication about when to expect them and why. Health insurance is a huge perk because it's nearly fully covered by the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My current compensation does not align with the market for my role and impact. I was disappointed that after receiving a big promotion, the compensation award did not align.

My team is collaborative and empathetic. We approach challenges/bugs with a team mentality and are watching out for each other and the projects that we know will support the business.

Work culture has always seemed collaborative. This makes it easier to learn from others. It also helps you learn about the business as a whole, which typically positively influences individual work. While we have a leadership team, it's easy to voice concerns and feedback when needed.
