Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My base salary is good, but after evaluating other companies compensation packages/bonuses, it's entirely possible to be making more at similar companies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a fun and collaborative team and I do look forward to seeing my friends whenever I come into the office. It makes the work worthwhile.
