They have held everything together, through massive change. It took a little delivered feedback, but I believe they are properly transparent, which allows me to prepare my messaging to my team.

I feel that people are GENUINE in their offers to help/support me. It can be easy to silo, and only care about your personal and team's performance but that is not the vibe around here. We are all looking to win together.
