What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy that Clutchees display a natural curiosity about each others' work as well as interests. We are personally connected with each other - it makes work fun to have colleagues who care and invest in each others' growth at work and outside of the office walls.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team has a clear grasp of the market our business operates in and of the internal operations of our company. They consistently listen to new ideas from their teams and bring new ideas to the table. This is a major source of Clutch's innovation and growth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We invest in building connections with each other. The most tangible display of this is that (for those of us who work in our DC office) many of us choose to eat lunch at a large, shared table. We set aside to-do lists and unread emails to connect and enjoy the time.
