What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always stand in any problematic situation. We don't feel alone when things come to mission critical. Also, they have a right feeling about their team growth and encouragement to move forward and meet the new challenges.
The best thing is that they trust your decisions and do not micro-manage. The environment and culture encourages team work not only between different team but with the clients as well. I have learned a whole lot about mobile technology and how to make them successful. The growth has been massive!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The system is unique and i don't have to worry about my monthly compensation because clients pay happily! It's more than i usually expect!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are good in skills but need to educate them for extensive approach and to achieve that vision. Need to show the CMOLDS mission and then share the vision statement with them.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's good to work but not as much as it can. We can make it better.
Growth oriented. My manager giving me a vision, The entrepreneurial mindset at CMOLDS, If you own it, you can make it big!
What did you like most about the interview process?
Technicalities and real times questions/examples.
The focus was on me as an individual, a personality rather than just a resource. Not an operator but an innovator.
What makes you most happy at work?
If we apply a strategy for the retention of products and customer, more quality of work will surely make a difference.
Achieve the monthly targets and drive the team in the right direction.
The Ideas mainly. Day today solutions to complex problems whether concept or algorithms. It's fun!
