They are always stand in any problematic situation. We don't feel alone when things come to mission critical. Also, they have a right feeling about their team growth and encouragement to move forward and meet the new challenges.
The best thing is that they trust your decisions and do not micro-manage. The environment and culture encourages team work not only between different team but with the clients as well. I have learned a whole lot about mobile technology and how to make them successful. The growth has been massive!
The should better at the proactive approach, they should have ownership of their work and responsibilities, they should have broadened vision and should sincere with the work.

They are good in skills but need to educate them for extensive approach and to achieve that vision. Need to show the CMOLDS mission and then share the vision statement with them.
