The system is unique and i don't have to worry about my monthly compensation because clients pay happily! It's more than i usually expect!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing is that they trust your decisions and do not micro-manage. The environment and culture encourages team work not only between different team but with the clients as well. I have learned a whole lot about mobile technology and how to make them successful. The growth has been massive!
