If we apply a strategy for the retention of products and customer, more quality of work will surely make a difference.

The should better at the proactive approach, they should have ownership of their work and responsibilities, they should have broadened vision and should sincere with the work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are good in skills but need to educate them for extensive approach and to achieve that vision. Need to show the CMOLDS mission and then share the vision statement with them.
