What is the best part about your compensation package?

401K Plan: employer match is very generous

Healthcare benefits could be improved. Workplace flexibility and 401k are good.

Salary, underwriting bonus, 401k contribution, and long term incentive bonus

The income depends on your overall production.

Days off and holiday pay

They like to run lean. That's the nice way of saying you're going to do much more work because we're too cheap to hire the correct amount of people the workload calls for. In summer, be prepared to work at least 10 hours of mandatory overtime a week. More people or more money would be nice!
