good team, some managers are really helpful and value their team members

Not an issue, in fact the pay is the one shining star in the darkness

team members work towards a common goal, they are not egoistic but helpful

Basically a cut-throat environment with everyone promoting their own agenda over team morale
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
excellent culture - I have been continuously recognized since the time I joined
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More team and far less self-promotion
What did you like most about the interview process?
it was quick, HR was responsive. the interviewers value time
