What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is no bureaucracy here- ideas can come from anywhere in the company. Creativity and intelligence are appreciated and rewarded.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is stuck in the past and stuck in their ways. They work hard but not smart leading to an inefficient system
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For a startup in the stage we are at - the salaries are very competitive - we have dental, health, stock options, and decent salaries.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lower than market value for my area
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is extremely talented, passionate and hungry. - Everyone gets along, laughs a lot, and get their stuff done.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team bonds over humor, sports, fantasy football, team lunches and a shared goal - to help athletes get better at the sports they love

Communication needs to be top priority

What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I can help former/current athletes make money passing their gifts on to the next generation.
