What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is available to roll up there sleeves and pitch in on any projects. They are available to all employees at all times.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall a great compensation package
Our benefits are amazing!!! No other company has so many great options- one completely free to all employees. Matching 401k, Profit Share, and of course salaries are extremely competitive with market
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be honest, I feel that they are not diverse and don't know how to work effectively with people who don't look like them
What are some of the best things about your team?
transparency in team progress of goals and willingness to collaborate.

I enjoy coming to work everyday and spending time with my coworkers. Everyone is warm, friendly and helpful.

interacting with my coworkers and working towards larger goals as a collective organization
The people and the work
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The employees who are friends with the leadership (i.e. For lack of a better word). seem to be able to make up things about others, treat others any type of way, and are always right (not an objective management team), even when these folks are wrong and it can be proven that these folks are wrong.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
They need a complete overhaul
