What did you like most about the interview process? The interview process was thorough and fair
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? We live by our values of Collaboration, Ownership and Excellence
What is the best part about your compensation package?Overall a great compensation package
What would you most like to see improved at your company? They need a complete overhaul
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? The employees who are friends with the leadership (i.e. For lack of a better word). seem to be able to make up things about others, treat others any type of way, and are always right (not an objective management team), even when these folks are wrong and it can be proven that these folks are wrong.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? To be honest, I feel that they are not diverse and don't know how to work effectively with people who don't look like them
